This policy covers Rackstar for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro and its web version, made by Pluff Games LLC ("we").
We don't run servers and don't have accounts. Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not collect your name, email or contacts.
Rackstar for iOS offers optional reward videos through Google AdMob. When ads are shown, Google may collect and process device identifiers (including the advertising identifier, IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address and coarse location derived from it, ad interaction data and diagnostics, to deliver, measure and personalize ads and prevent fraud. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
App Tracking Transparency: iOS asks your permission before the advertising identifier can be used. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using that identifier. The game works the same either way. You can change this any time in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
EEA, UK and Switzerland: we use Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent as required by GDPR. You can change your choices with Privacy Options in the in-game Shop.
When you play on a third-party portal such as CrazyGames, that portal's own privacy policy applies to ads and data it handles.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app checks your purchases with Apple (StoreKit) on your device to unlock items.
Rackstar is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. Ads are limited to the "General" content rating.
Since we don't hold personal data about you, deleting the app removes all game data we store. For data processed by Google, see Google's privacy controls linked above.
We'll post any changes here. Questions: hello@pluff.games or github.com/VeryBarry/pluff-rackstar/issues.
